Billing, tax & no-shows

Straight answers about the stuff that matters.

You’re billed monthly in advance by card. Your plan starts the day you subscribe and renews on the same date each month. We email a VAT invoice within minutes of every payment.

Yes. Cancel anytime in Settings → Billing with no exit fees. If you upgrade to Restaurant, the change is prorated. Downgrading takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Every charge automatically generates a VAT invoice showing our company details, your billing address, VAT amount and breakdown. Download them from Settings → Billing or your email receipts.

You can request a card hold or per-guest deposit for large parties, peak sittings or special events. If a guest no-shows, the policy is enforced automatically — Reserved.app takes 0% of deposit or hold revenue.
